Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you use Our Site. By accessing any part of Our Site, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full and you agree to abide by them regardless of whether or not you choose to register on Our Site. You confirm that We have no other obligation, liability or responsibility to you or any other party.
8.4 Without prejudice to paragraphs 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 but subject to paragraph 8.5, any liability of Us arising from or in relation to your use of Our Site or the Materials (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) will be limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100) unless We otherwise agree in writing.

11.2 By breaching paragraph 11.1, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Our Site will cease immediately.

single or partial exercise of any right or remedy by Us shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
14.2 These Terms of and Conditions are governed by English law (including non-contractual disputes or claims) and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions and Our Site in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions and Our Site in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions and Our Site in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
14.3 If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the relevant provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions which will remain in full force and effect.
14.4 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that We may have, you acknowledge and agree that damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of these terms of Use by you. Accordingly, We shall be entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific
performance or other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of these Terms and Conditions.
